Couriers will observe the holidays listed above
for the year 2008. We will perform your service on the
days designated as "Billed Holiday" unless you decline
service for those days. Customers that receive service
on Billed Holidays will be billed an additional 10% of
their total monthly invoice.
There are two options
to choose if you would like to decline
service on the Billed Holidays.
- You may
complete the 'Annual Holiday Notification' form, which
designates that your company wishes to decline all Billed
Holiday service in 2008.
- You
may complete the 'Individual Holiday Notification' forms,
which allows you to decline service for each Billed
Holiday in 2008.
Individual
Holiday Notifications are sent to our customers with their
monthly invoices the month prior to a holiday. If you have
chosen the first option and have decided to decline all annual
holiday service, you may disregard Individual Notifications,
as your company has already been flagged in our system to not
receive service on any holiday. If you have chosen the second
option, you will automatically receive service on the Billed
Holiday unless you complete the Individual Notification and
return it to
TBS Couriers.
Note: If you
have completed the Annual Holiday Notification and
declined service for all holidays, you may still
receive service on a Billed Holiday if needed.
Simply contact us, in writing, of your need for
service on a holiday and we will perform service
for you on that date. After that holiday, your
status will return to no service on future
holidays.
